What sizes do you offer?
Our pieces come in sizes XS to XL. Our On the Moon fabric runs small, so we recommend sizing up one size. See our size chart for measurements.
How do I care for my Marby pieces?
Machine wash cold with like colors and lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softener.
orders & shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days within the US. US shipping is free on orders over $75. More on our shipping page.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also use our order tracking page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at care@marbyclub.com and we’ll do our best to help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay and other secure payment methods.

What is your return policy?
Free returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached. Exchanges depend on stock. Sale items and gift cards can’t be returned.
